Julie McCall
Julie is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. She loves helping people flourish and be excited about their future. She is a trained Coach and has a Masters in Positive Psychology. She is also a trained Health and Wellness Coach with the Institute of Health Sciences and lectures part-time at UCC on the Masters in Coaching Psychology. Julie is also an Associate of CAPP & Co Ltd. who are world leaders in strengths based development. Julie is a strengths practitioner and has worked with many International clients in the area of strengths based development.
Julie has coached to CEO level and facilitated workshops in many large companies including; Novartis, Voxpro, RCI , Amazon, Millipore and GSK. Her work has taken her to the US, Singapore, South Africa and Europe. She has also been a guest wellbeing expert on the RTE Today show.
Giving back is really important to Julie and she has raised many thousands of Euros for charities close to her heart.
Zelda Di Blasi
Zelda is a Positive Psychology Coach, Trainer, and Chartered Psychologist with a deep passion for wellbeing, resilience, and stress management. She holds a PhD in Health Sciences and has over 20 years of experience as a researcher, educator, and practitioner.She is certified in HeartMath, Strengths Profile, and Health and Wellness Coaching, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College. Zelda is also trained in LEGO® Serious Play®, which she loves using to bring creativity and depth to coaching and group work.
As Director of the MA in Positive and Coaching Psychology at University College Cork (UCC), she is committed to equipping individuals, organisations, and communities with evidence-based tools to thrive. Her mission is to make wellbeing skills widely accessible and practically useful — and she genuinely loves helping people flourish.
