experienced cohort through initiatives that promote health, purpose, and resilience becomes
a strategic priority.

The Science of Positive Ageing programme is designed to support later-career employees,
typically aged 55 and over, to remain healthy, engaged, and meaningfully contributing at
work. It also helps participants build the confidence, habits, and clarity needed to plan for
and navigate the next stage of their working lives.

Drawing on an evidence-based blend of positive psychology, neuroscience, coaching
psychology, and health psychology, the programme enhances wellbeing, strengthens
positive mindsets around ageing and work, supports sustainable performance, and, where
appropriate, facilitates thoughtful transition planning for retirement.
